Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and easyLife ("easyLife", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our Platform, including our websites (easylife.easylifeglobal.app, customer.easylifeglobal.app, professional.easylifeglobal.app) and related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

• "Platform" means easyLife's websites, mobile applications, and related services
• "Customer" means a user who books services through the Platform
• "Professional" means a verified service provider offering services through the Platform
• "User" means any person using the Platform, including Customers and Professionals
• "Service" means any professional service offered through the Platform
• "Booking" means a confirmed appointment between a Customer and Professional

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 15 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be barred from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Professionals must additionally meet verification requirements including background checks, credential verification, and compliance with professional standards.

4.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose safety risks.

5.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or data mine the Platform
• Interfere with Platform operation
• Create fake accounts or reviews
• Circumvent verification processes

7.1 Customer Cancellations:

• No cancellations charge applicable

7.2 Professional Cancellations:

• Frequent cancellations may result in account penalties
• Emergency cancellations must be reported immediately

7.3 Refund Processing:

• Cash payments refunded by Professional if not satisfied as per their discretion

8.1 Verification Requirements:

Professionals must:

• Provide valid identity documents
• Submit relevant certifications and qualifications
• Pass background verification checks
• Maintain professional liability insurance (where applicable)
• Keep profile information current and accurate

8.2 Service Obligations:

• Provide services professionally and competently
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Maintain appropriate conduct and professionalism
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary licenses and permits

8.3 Service Fees:

• Only subscription charges apply

Users can rate and review services. You agree that:

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
• Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• You grant easyLife the right to display your reviews publicly
• We may remove reviews that violate these Terms
• Fake or fraudulent reviews are strictly prohibited
• Reviews cannot be used to promote competing services

The Platform and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, software) are owned by easyLife and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use easyLife trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform
• Create derivative works based on the Platform

By posting content on the Platform (photos, reviews, etc.), you grant easyLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content.

12.1 Platform Availability:

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

12.2 Service Quality:

easyLife is a marketplace connecting Customers and Professionals. We do not provide services directly. While we verify Professionals, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users engage with Professionals at their own risk.

12.3 Third-Party Content:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions or omissions of Professionals or Customers
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Disputes between Customers and Professionals

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to easyLife in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is less.

15.1 Informal Resolution:

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at support@easylifeglobal.app to resolve disputes informally.

15.2 Arbitration:

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. Arbitration will be conducted in English in Mumbai, India.

15.3 Class Action Waiver:

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Platform or other users
• Non-payment of fees
• Safety concerns

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
